YOGA in PREGNANCY

During pregnancy a woman's body changes to accommodate the new life that is forming.
The change occurs in the physiological, psychological, emotional, and spiritual level. It's very good to listen closely what happens inside us and enjoy this unique and magical moment.
Being able to live with awareness when a life is forming within us is a gift we give ourselves and the child.
The classes proposed are aimed at guiding the pregnant woman so that she can access her inner strength, so that she can prepare her body giving it flexibility and strength; to share a space and a time in the company of other women who are going through the same experience and enjoy this time so special.
Classes are a result of studies and insights from my personal experience of two pregnacies.
Each woman, each moment, each pregnancy is unique, and the most important thing is to give ourselves a space, where we can listen to what is happening inside us.
Sometimes we feel blessed and beautiful, sometimes tired and dubtful, and that is OK.
What makes the difference is to cultivate a moment where we stay in silence, stretch our body, prepare it for the birth, breathe and let go the thoughts through meditations and the spontaneuos feeling of wellbeing due to the practice of Yoga.
Each phase of pregnancy requires different exercises and attention, in the classes i offer i take care of these details, plus i like to create a space for sharing what each feels.
In general during the class we make:
* Breathing exercise
* Focus of the mind
* Asanas (Yoga positions) static and dynamic
* Relaxation - meditation
